An AI assistant now takes three deliberate steps to connect
Connecting an assistant used to be one click on a consent screen. That is the same shape as a phishing attack, so it is no longer enough.
- A company owner decides whether assistants are allowed at all. New companies start with them switched off.
- The consent screen refuses to hand over your account unless the sign-in is genuinely going to Claude, ChatGPT or an app on your own computer.
- An assistant that has signed in does nothing until you approve it in your own settings, and you get an email the moment anything connects as you.
- Every new connection starts read-only. It can look things up until you decide otherwise.
Company owners can now also see and disconnect every assistant connected to their company. Existing connections were left working exactly as they were.

Fixes
Assistant fixes: local time, driver names, no price floor
- Bookings made through an assistant were being stored in London time regardless of your company's own clock. They now use your timezone.
- Job lists said "no driver" on every job, covered or not. They now name the driver, and the one an outstanding request is waiting on.
- Asking an assistant to swap a driver on an already-accepted job quietly did nothing. It now says so, and there is a proper way to take a driver off.
- Job lists no longer carry every passenger's email and phone number to the AI. Those come back only when it opens a specific booking.
- Conversation transcripts failed to load entirely. Fixed, and they now come back with proper summaries, the channel and the message count.
The £80 minimum on a job is gone. Promotional and complimentary rides are ordinary business, so a job can now be priced at anything, including zero, on the board and through an assistant.

Connect your own AI assistant
Dispatchers can now connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI directly to their account and ask it things in plain language. What is on today, who is free, what would this trip cost, book it.
It acts as you, for your company only, and it can never take a payment or change a job's status. Everything it does is listed in your settings, and you can cut it off at any moment. See the documentation.

Fixes
Name boards handle any logo shape
A square company logo could overlap the passenger's name on a meet-and-greet board. The logo is now fitted above the line whatever its proportions, so boards stay clean with a wide banner, a tall crest or a square badge.

Subscription history you can actually answer questions from
When a driver says "I paid in the app", you can now see exactly what happened: every subscription they have held, from Stripe or Apple, which one is giving them access, and every webhook we received. Apple purchases that arrive before we can match them to an account are recorded rather than dropped.

Drivers no longer see the customer's email address
A driver accepting a job gets the passenger's name, the phone number they need on the day, and the job detail. Not the email address. The change is enforced at the database level as well as in the app, so it holds everywhere.

Improved
A marketplace job reaches the same drivers on every channel
The drivers who saw a job in their list and the drivers who were emailed about it could differ. Both now work from the same rule, so nobody is emailed about work they cannot see, and nobody is shown work they were never told about.

Fixes
A job belongs to the country it starts in
Jobs were matched to drivers using the company's registered country. A London operator's Paris pickup now reaches drivers in France, which is what everyone expected it to do.

iPhone app
Push notifications on iPhone
The iOS app now receives push properly through Apple's own service, so new jobs, assignment requests and pickup reminders arrive on the phone the same as everywhere else.

New
Mixed fleets and honest vehicle sizing
A seventeen-passenger booking with thirty-four bags used to be accepted as a single saloon. Bookings taken by the widget and the AI agents are now checked against what the car can actually hold, and a large party is planned across several vehicles, including a support vehicle for luggage that will not fit in the boots.
Dispatchers entering a job by hand can still override it, because you may know something the capacity table does not.

Improved
Billing that matches Stripe
Subscription records are kept in step with Stripe, orphaned subscriptions are linked back to their driver, and double billing is surfaced instead of sitting unnoticed. A driver running several vehicles can legitimately hold more than one subscription, and the dashboard now understands that.

Fixes
Text messages reach international numbers
The sender is now picked by what the destination country can actually receive, rather than assuming a UK number, and delivery is tracked so a failed message is visible instead of silent.

New
The AI booking agent comes to WhatsApp
The same agent that answers your phone now takes bookings over WhatsApp on its own number, with chats and transcripts sitting alongside your calls.

Hourly minimums on the booking widget
As-directed bookings taken through your website now require five hours inside London and six hours outside it.

Subscribe inside the app
Drivers can subscribe through Apple in the iPhone app, and their access stays in step whether they subscribed on the phone or on the website.

New
Late-night surcharge, per company
Set an amount and a window, and pickups inside it are surcharged automatically: on the widget, through the AI agents and in the dispatcher's calculator.
The Sprinter Van class was also renamed Jet Class throughout.
